Professor Greg Marston

Greg Marston is an academic researcher in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at The University of Queensland. His research draws on a variety of social science disciplines, including critical social policy, sociology and political economy to examine poverty and debt, work and technology, basic income, unemployment and the changing mixed economy of welfare. Prior to entering academia, Greg worked in the non-profit community services sector at the state and national level.
